RX for Hunger

Pediatricians know that housing and hunger are inextricably linked and that families cope with high housing costs by stretching already-limited food budgets beyond their ability to provide children with adequate nutrition.   Childhood hunger and food insecurity cannot be addressed by food assistance programs alone.
