Expert Faculty:

Clark Skeans
Developed the Arizona Gleaning Project and managed it from 1993 until his retirement in 2004. Clark is currently the Vice Chair of Arizona’s Hunger Advisory Council.

Cindy Gentry
Founder and Executive Director of Community Food Connections, a statewide nonprofit launched in 2002 to focus on enhancing local food systems by supporting agricultural production, distribution and increased access to healthy food. Cindy is a member of Arizona’s Hunger Advisory Council.

Ed Foster
Assistant Director at the Arizona Department of Agriculture for the Citrus, Fruit and Vegetable Standardization – the enforcement program for all produce grown or shipped into Arizona. Ed is a member of Arizona’s Hunger Advisory Council.
